The East Central Regional Development Commission welcomed Nicole Klosner as the new Regional Development & Grant Specialist starting in March of 2024. In this role, she will work to connect our communities with the financial resources and expertise needed to support energy, environmental, and other important community projects. Nicole’s background includes nearly a decade of service as a project director working with federal funding to support housing and public facility projects. Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
