The East Central Regional Development Commission (ECRDC) offers several Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) programs, including the Revolving Loan Fund, COVID RLF, and ARPA RLF, to provide gap financing for regional businesses. These programs are designed to support new, expanding, and relocating small businesses throughout East Central Minnesota.
ECRDC also offers a Child Care 0% Interest Loan program to support the high-demand child care industry in Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine Counties. Eligible borrowers include for-profit start-up child care businesses, as well as existing providers that are expanding, modifying their operations to increase or preserve employment, or requiring working capital to continue providing child care services.
